Designing your own engagement ring allows you to encapsulate your unique personality and style and make it a physical art that stays with you forever, becoming an integral part of you. As it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many, we take our responsibility in bringing it to completion very seriously. Our design team, composed of highly skilled and creative designers, gemmologists and master jewellers, will always be there to guide and assist you every step of the way.

Our design team will work with you to conceptualise your custom diamond engagement ring and make any adjustments as needed, including up to the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design, allowing you to view it in detail from any angle. Once you give us your approval, our master jeweller begins production on your ring. Depending on the production queue and the complexity of the design, the time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. However, for express jobs, the ring will be completed between 6 to 11 days after the design is finalised.
