We understand that custom designed engagement rings often have the stigma of being wildly overpriced, needlessly turning your happiest time into a financially stressful one. However, we operate differently. With a commitment to providing unmatched value to our customers, we can help you achieve your dream custom engagement ring without bottoming out your wallet

All we need to start the journey are your ideas, reference images and/or drawings. Our designers, after careful study, will offer additional suggestions to enhance your ring further.

STEP 2
ACTUALISATION

Designing your own engagement ring allows you to encapsulate your unique personality and style and make it a physical art that stays with you forever, becoming an integral part of you. As it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many, we take our responsibility in bringing it to completion very seriously. Our design team, composed of highly skilled and creative designers, gemmologists and master jewellers, will always be there to guide and assist you every step of the way.

Our design team will work with you to conceptualise your custom diamond engagement ring and make any adjustments as needed, including up to the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design, allowing you to view it in detail from any angle. Once you give us your approval, our master jeweller begins production on your ring. Depending on the production queue and the complexity of the design, the time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. However, for express jobs, the ring will be completed between 6 to 11 days after the design is finalised.

STEP 3
COMPLETION

Once our master jeweller has completed your custom engagement ring, we will contact you for an appointment to collect the ring from our showroom, or if you prefer, we also offer free delivery via Express Post with insurance included. The ring is placed in a gorgeous ring box lit with a beautiful light by an LED, ready for your proposal!
